Our vacation-ready, beach block condominium has all the amenities you’ll need to relax and enjoy your time at the Shore. Located in the beautiful Ocean Harbor Condominium, our spacious second-floor, three bedroom/two bathroom unit has an ocean view, and is handicapped accessible. (Our son is a full-time power wheelchair user.)

We’ve designed our unit with families in mind: it has a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room that seats 8; an HDTV and home theater system in the living room that includes a library of family-friendly DVDs, books, and games; a high chair, booster seat, port-a-crib, and step stools; TVs and DVD/CD players in each bedroom; and a dedicated video-game hookup in the third bedroom. We also include high-speed wireless Internet access and local phone service.

The beach is just a short stroll away, or you can lay by the large heated pool available to all residents. At the end of the day, enjoy a family barbeque while marveling at the gorgeous sunset from the balcony. The unit has central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. The master suite has a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room, the sofa folds out to a queen bed. There also is a twin folding cot for flexible sleeping arrangements. Linens and towels are not included. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and a private storage room. Covered tandem parking is provided for two cars.

We prefer to rent to families and adults (must be 25 or older). Enjoy a unique experience at the Shore. Make this your home away from home this summer.
