A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter, fax or email. All cancelled reservations are subject to a 25% service charge. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less of arrival, there is a forfeiture of the rental fee. No refunds for early departures, No exceptions.
Additional Rate Info
$200.00 Security Deposit is required on all rentals, refundable in 7days after check-out with no damage. Nightly rates run from $110-$230 depending on availability and season. Also three night minimum.
