Cancellation / Refund Policy
All cancelled reservations with advance payment made are subject $100 cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date Occupant will forfeit the advanced payment. If occupant gives less then 15 days notice of cancellation no refund will be issued.
Additional Rate Info
Nightly rates run from $110-$230 depending on availability and season. Also three night minimum.
Other Fees
Cleaning fee only if tenant does not leave the home in generally good condition. $60 cleaning fee.
