The 1st floor includes a cozy living/dining area with a gas fireplace, a VCR-DVD/monitor, a full kitchen, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1-full bed and a 3rd bedroom with 1-twin bed. Outside, there is a gazebo covered gas grill/picnic area, a private outdoor HOT TUB, and a deck leading to a walking trail down to Silver Lake! RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-nights stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 Cancellation Fee. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *unless the vacation property can be re-booked, in which case the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.
