Full payment for rentals received 4 weeks or more in advance may be a personal check. Those received 1-4 weeks in advance must be cashiers check OR Money Order ONLY.
Other Fees
Additional cleaning fee of $125.00 required on ALL rentals. Security deposits not forfeited will be refunded via mail after passing the check-out inspection.
