Cancellation / Refund Policy
All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter, email or fax. All cancelled reservations are subject to a 25% service charge. If a reservation is cancelled 30 or less days of arrival, there is a forfeiture of the total rental fee. No refunds for early departures, No exceptions.
