This is a large (1400 sq. ft.), first floor, 2 story condo that is actual beach block. We are only steps away to the boardwalk, pier and beach. There are no streets to cross, were on the same side of the boardwalk entrance. We have a 20` deck with table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars in a locked garage and one spot in the driveway.
The condo is only 3 years old and has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large family room and a fully stocked kitchen. We have a dining area that seats 6. The unit has central A/C and it also has a full size Washer and Dryer. We have 3 TV`s and a VCR & DVD player in the family room.
