The first floor consists of laundry room/storage and foyer area.
The second floor consists of a half bath, oversized family room with a TV and VCR/DVD combo, full kitchen, eating area, access to the pool area.
The third floor consists of one spare bedroom, Master bedroom with private bath and hall bath and the 4th floor floor has one oversized bedroom. All bedrooms have TV`s and ceiling fans.
Outside the Townhouse there is a private grass area with a gas grill.
You and your guests also have unlimited access to a private pool to swim at your leisure.(Shared with homeowners in 4 other units)
We are also very close to the Wildwwod Convention Center, 1 block to North Wildwood and very short walking distance to many restaurants, stores, basketball/tennis facilities and a park.
