Sign Specifications

All rental signs are 24" x 18" and made of 4mm coroplast. Coroplast is the industry standard for outdoor signage. It is waterproof and and will not break.

The vinyl material used on the signs is guaranteed not to bend, crack or fade for 3-5 years.

You will receive a free aluminum step stake with the sign and you can place your sign right in the grass or flower bed of your property. The sign can also be attached to any balcony railing with a couple wire ties.

If you would like to modify the sign to include your phone number, then just contact us today and make arrangements for your custom sign. All signs are shipped the same day you register or you can just stop in the office and pick yours up.

Replacement Signs:

If you should happen to lose your sign or it gets damaged, a replacement sign can be purchased for $45.00. Contact us today if you need a replacement sign!

Custom Rental Signs:

If you would like a standard Rental sign to display on your property, please contact us today and place your order. If you would like to upgrade your sign frame from a step stake to a standard real estate frame, the cost is $22.00. You can pick up your new frame in our office.

**Each rental sign comes free with every PAID account. If you have multiple properties listed you will receive a sign for each property. Any accounts that use a discount code or are part of a bulk registration are not eligible for a free sign. However you are more than welcome to purchase a rental sign for your property.
