Cancellation Policy : If Guest cancels their reservation 30 days or less of the move-in date and BEFORE final payment is due, the Initial Deposit will be refunded. If guest cancels under 30 days and AFTER final payment has been paid, the initial deposit will be forfeited by Guest and only the final payment would be refunded Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will be considered a NO-SHOW and will not receive a refund.
